Important message from the Finance Office

BPoint is a payment solution that enables parents/guardians to set up payment plans on invoices to pay them off through the school year (For example: SRS Fees)

 

2018 Student Resource Scheme invoicing will be completed by the end of October

Due to Education Queensland Policy we are no longer able to take credit card payments over the phone for security reasons or indeed to store credit card numbers as in the past.   The link is available on each invoice to be able to pay via credit card through BPoint.  Click on the link to be taken to the Commonwealth Bank site.  If you do not have your invoice or computer/smart phone to complete process online we are able to step you through making the phone call to achieve the same result.  Payment in full before the first day of school for Student Resource Scheme is appreciated.

  • If you are in receipt of Centrelink Family Tax Benefits or other benefits, regular part payments are an option through Centrepay, the application form is available on the school webpage or from the Finance Office.  This may be lodged by filling in and returning to the Finance Office
  • You may set up your own payment plan into the schools bank account: Alexandra Hills SHS General Account, BSB 064-172 ACC 00090223.  A $100 deposit must be paid before the first day of school 2018 and then smaller part payments may be made to finalise the balance by the end of Semester 1.  Place students name in the reference line for identification purposes.
  • Pay via BPoint eDDR Process.  Once you receive your invoice please contact the Finance Office to request an email with the BPoint eDDR Link.  Once you receive this it is a simple matter of clicking on the link and the registration page opens up with all relevant information pre-filled.
