Year 10 Dinner Dance


Year 10 Dinner Dance is fast approaching. 

Details are as follows:

Date:      Thursday, 24 November

Time:      5:30pm – 9:30pm

Venue:    Alexandra Hills Hotel

Cost:       $57.00 – non refundable


Students have been reminded that, while not a formal occasion, there is a dress code in effect.  Requirements are:

Boys:     Collared shirt with tailored trousers, belt and dress shoes, no jeans.

Girls:      Semi-formal dress with appropriate shoes and jewellery. No jeans or revealing clothing.


Payment must be made at the payments window or electronically using the details attached before Friday 4th November.  The attached medical information/permission forms need to be returned to Ms Granville as soon as possible.

To be eligible to attend the 2016 Dinner Dance, the following is expected:

  • Students have complied with all the Alexandra Hills State High School behaviour and uniform codes (as per student records)

  • Students must have no outstanding assessment items, library loans, fees or monies owing to the school.

  • Students are expected to demonstrate courtesy, co-operation and commitment at all times.

  • Students are expected to have a highly consistent attendance rate. (Special circumstances may be taken into consideration)

Students will then be issued with an official invitation and ticket which must be presented on the night.  All fees will need to be finalised before payment for the dance will be accepted.
